We’ve added the ability to let members email their Member ID card to their providers as another way of showing their proof of coverage. Members can now download and save their Claim Summaries (Explanations of Benefits) as PDFs for future reference. We’ve also enhanced our Find Care tool with “PCP” labels for primary care providers to make it easier for our members to find these providers and get care.

We’ve added the ability to pay providers from myBlueTN, mark claims as already paid and view the status of paid claims. We’ve also added the ability to add your ID card to your Apple Wallet and share it with others in their contact list-for example, a grandparent, babysitter or another caretaker getting care for a minor dependent.
